How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, I will email you a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your package. Simply click on the tracking link provided in the email.
Returns & Exchanges?
In the event that you have received an incorrect item or a damaged item, I will provide you with a return shipping label. The item must be shipped back within 3 days or the return will become invalid. I will not reprint return labels after the 3 day period. If you are unable to send the item back, you will need to notify me within the 3 day period following the return label being sent to you. I DO NOT accept exchanges at this time due to every item is made to order, however PLEASE EMAIL ME with any questions or concerns about anything I am more than happy to assist. Please make sure to view the size charts, they are in every listing.
Can I order in bulk for my business or event?
Yes, I offer bulk ordering for businesses and events. Please contact me to discuss your specific requirements, including quantities, customization options, and any applicable discounts.

How can I contact customer support?
If you have ANY questions please reach out to me via email I will assist in anyway to help find the perfect fit for you. There is a size chart in every clothing listing please view this before purchasing but feel free to reach out for questions regarding sizes. Please message the shop within 24-48 hours if you would like to cancel. Everything is custom made to order, therefore I cannot cancel orders after 48 hours of purchase.

Turn Around Time (TAT):
Current turn around time is based on product, pre orders can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks , launches TAT 10-14 business days. Turn around time does not include shipping. Shipping is based on your choice at checkout. Priority Shipping is 1-3 business days & First Class is 3-6 business days. Please contact USPS if there are any issues with your order after the item has been scanned.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Gabe's Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking says "delivered" and you did not receive it - please contact USPS to see if they can locate your package. If you think your package may have been stolen - you will then need to file a case with your local police department, I cannot assist with stolen/lost packages. Once your package is scanned by USPS I am not longer responsible for the item.
